Sample Menus

Your private chef uses locally sourced ingredients to skillfully execute Sassi's world class cuisine. Menus include appetizers, salad, pasta, entrée and wedding cake with gelato. A prosecco toast as well as one glass of red or white wine per person is also included.

Sassi offers a complimentary food tasting where you will experience the full presentation of what you will enjoy the night of your wedding. During your tasting you will also meet your private chef to discuss menu options.

Please keep in mind that the menus listed are sample menus. Our goal is to listen and understand what is important to you and your budget. Sassi doesn't charge a venue rental. Your wedding specialist will prepare a custom food and beverage estimate just for you.
